Who are we?

We are a small, dynamic company dedicated to producing the highest quality products and providing the best possible service to our customers.

The two owners are Russell Robinson and Sue Robinson.

Our Goal Our goal is to provide you with the best software and the best service. This isn't just marketing rhetoric - we have a culture of excellence and we refuse to be anything but the best! When you purchase one of our products, you can be assured of our appreciation of you as a customer. We will always give you our maximum efforts to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Russell Robinson

Russell is a co-owner of Root Software and the primary software designer. He started programming in 1978, a year before starting his B.Sc. degree, majoring in Computer Science, at the University of NSW, in Sydney, Australia.

Russell has worked in a variety of industries and was responsible for designing and implementing the first successful Electronic Data Interchange solution for the Insurance industry (around 1987).

Sue Robinson

Sue entered the computer industry in 1985 and has worked in a variety of roles.

She has expertise in sales, customer service, management, training, technical writing, business analysis, and user-interface design.

Sue formed her own consultancy business in 1989 and has focused on delivering quality service to her customers. Her main focus over the last decade has been technical writing, business analysis and user-interface design.

Sue is a co-owner of Root Software.
