The best way to contact us is via FAX or email. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
Even if you are outside Australia, we will usually reply between 12 and 24 hours after you've written to us.
We respond to every legitimate email we receive. However, if you have a spam filter then you may not receive our response! Please ensure you add us to your "white list".
If you haven't heard from us within 48 hours, there may be a problem with your spam filter! If it's appropriate to respond to your email, we always respond within 48 hours.

You're also welcome to phone us for more information. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
In our Melbourne office, the time is now Saturday 9:31pm. Our office is closed, but our staff check for email (see above) 7 days a week.
