TTMaker is scheduling software that makes creating clash-free timetables easy.
What's a "clash"? A clash (also called a "conflict") occurs when a person
has been scheduled to be in two places at one time. A real person cannot be in two
places at the same time, so it's important that your timetables are
guaranteed to be clash-free (or conflict-free).
We've designed TTMaker specifically to create clash-free timetables.
You tell TTMaker about the people you want scheduled and where they
can be scheduled, then just click the "Build timetable" button and, in seconds,
you have a clash-free timetable.
Schedules built with TTMaker have no clashes and no conflicts!
TTMaker provides a range of powerful features to help you build your timetable
to meet your specific requirements. You can:
You can see some of these features by Taking a Tour of TTMaker.
TTMaker allows you to manually place groups in your timetable. You just
lock in the groups where you want them and TTMaker automatically fills in the timeslots
you haven't locked. (And TTMaker will still ensure your timetable is clash-free!)
TTMaker has a comprehensive set of reporting and printing facilities. You can:
For even more flexibility, you can export your timetable and format it like
a spreadsheet.
TTMaker can produce an HTML page containing your completed timetable. Just
publish it on your Web site!
With TTMaker, you can produce address labels to help you keep in contact
with the people and groups you are scheduling. And, if they're on the
Internet, TTMaker interfaces with your email application, so you can
keep in contact that way too!
If there is feature that you need and it is not currently available, we'd
be happy to discuss incorporating it into TTMaker.
for a
confidential discussion about your requirements.
