What does TTMaker do?

Put simply, TTMaker automatically schedules groups of people. It can schedule individual people or groups of 10, 20, 50, 100, ... people.

TTMaker is clash-free scheduling software. "Clash-free" means that no person is scheduled in more than one place at the same time. TTMaker automatically ensures that your completed timetable is clash-free; you don't have to manually prevent clashes, or manually fix them after the timetable has been built.

In a training scenario, it's critical that each person is scheduled without clashes. That's why TTMaker is the best product for creating training schedules.

Our latest release of TTMaker also performs rostering. This is ideal when you have a set schedule of training courses and you want to schedule individual people into a selection of courses.

How do I use TTMaker?

For scheduling purposes, TTMaker uses the terms "participant", "group" and "venue". In an training environment, here's what these terms mean to you:
trainer or trainee is a participant
training course is a group
training room is a venue

There are usually two ways to organise training courses. These are:

Scenario 1
You've placed all the trainees into the courses they want to take and now you need to schedule the courses into the available timeslots.
Scenario 2
Your courses are already scheduled at predetermined times and you want to place the trainees into the courses they are to take.

TTMaker can schedule in both these scenarios.

Here are the typical steps you'd take to use TTMaker in the first scenario:
